France's and family, I am so sorry to hear of Wayne's passing. He was definitely a character. Wayne trained me when I worked for the county. I rode with him everyday for about three weeks and I think I laughed every minute of the day. I actually remember him as a small child and you guys lived in Boonetown(bonetown)!! I know he will be missed dearly!! May you all find comfort in knowing he's in a better place. one thing for sure somebody is laughing with him or at him today.
