"Love is immortal; and death is only a horizon; and a horizon is nothing but the limit of our sight." I believe that.
It has been a very difficult few years for all of you. Your lives are forever changed. May the love of those around you help you through the days ahead. Even though you won't notice it right now, it will get just a tiny bit easier with every day that passes. My heart goes out to you and your family while you endure this, as well as your other difficult losses.

When someone's name brings instant recognition; that's a sign of a life that impacted others. Grady Ponds Jr. was an intentional man. He did what he said he was going to do. He did what he thought was best. He stood on his principles, good or bad. He protected his "Turf". He loved his family. He supported his friends. He left a lot of laughter. He left this earth. I pray his smile remains. On behalf of myself and my wife (Louester); we extend our condolences to his family.

Uncle Grady I truly miss you. Had I known Friday night when you called me would be our last conversation I would've kept you on the phone longer. When you said to me, good night sweet heart I knew something was wrong. I want to ask God why but I can't because I know the word and I know the life you lived so it is well with my soul. You were the link to the chain that held us together when Grandaddy passed now I don't know what we are gonna do now. I just pray that our family will stick together and show more love towards each other and keep your memory alive. You were like a second daddy to me. i honestly don't know how long it will take me to get over this but I will try. Thank you for being the best Dad, grandad, uncle, friend, and Soldier. I salute You !!!! And I love you forever Uncle Grady Jr.
