I am her granddaughter, Grace Dickey, and one of my favorite memories with her is when she came to visit this year on my first Mother’s Day. During this visit she got to meet her great granddaughter , Magnolia Gwen. She was so tickled to finally meet our precious baby. The day I told her I was expecting a baby she fell in love all over again. She constantly checked on me and Magnolia, bought her clothes and even bought Magnolias favorite pacifiers. Seeing her hold my few day old daughter on my very first Mother’s Day truly warmed my heart and is a day I will never forget. I’m so thankful she was here for my girls first 7 weeks on earth. We will forever cherish the love she had for us and will never forget her.
