As this is a "Tribute Wall" here goes - Mr. Small was a wonderful man. We got to know him through his daughter Jen here in Indianapolis and after they all moved to South Carolina, we would see them once a year out there. I will forever remember things like potato guns, his baseball and baseball card autograph collection, guitars (even home made ones), stories of United Airlines, California, bird houses (yes, we have one!), carpenter ant traps, and low country boils. I will never forget the last time we saw him - he was doing this (the picture on this wall), with his son-in-law John, just the two of them fishing. God speed Mr. Small, we will always love and remember you and our shared hope in Jesus is that we see you again. Gary, Hope, and Savanna Walter

Do you remember back in the good ole days when neighbors treated you like family ? They checked in on each other often, if not daily. They lended a helping hand and did for one another, no matter what it was and without keeping score. They prayed for one another, never judged you and loved you unconditionally. Well that was my neighbor Mr Smalls and his family. No one could ever fill his shoes, he was genuine and one of a kind. We're going to miss him so much. He wasn't just a neighbor..... He was Family. We even shared the holidays together or at least invited each other. RIP Grady Small We will forever love you.
