I met Hilda in 1976 when I started my career with Social Security in Camden. We became fast friends almost immediately. Her whacky sense of humor was one of the things we shared. Through the years, my career path took me to other offices, but we always stayed in touch. My very last office brought me back to Camden where Hilda still worked, so I was lucky to work with her again. Hilda was incredibly generous, empathetic and talented, and she was one smart cookie as well! Whenever I expressed doubt to her about where my soul would be in the hereafter, Hilda always immediately assured me I would be in heaven. So at that point , Hilda, we will once again be together. Charlotte, Gresham, Hannon and Adaya, as well as all of Hilda's family, I am sorry for your loss. But I believe we will all feel her loving presence watching over us from up above.
