There are no words to describe the goodness of this lady. She was the kindest most caring lady anyone could ever meet. She had a heart of gold and would listen smile and advise but just in such a sweet way, it would make you feel better to know she truly cared. I will always remember her smile and her laugh she could warm a room with the sunshine of her laughter. My Momma and she grew up together dear friends who confided in each other and my Momma said to talk to her always made her feel better not that she had all the answers or could fix it but just the sound of her voice the understanding she seemed to have would make your day better just by sharing with her. She was that to so many the one that made life better by just being in it. I know this is such a heartbreaking time for all of you there is no hurt like the hurt of losing a mother James and Iva my heart hurts for you and all the grand children. She was such a precious lady that will be missed by everyone that was Blessed to know her. Sending Strengthening Prayers to help you through the days to come.

Mrs. Truesdale was a very generous person, always sharing whatever she had with others. She managed her cooking for the family with aplomb, and welcomed anyone to visit and eat with the family. She could recall many details of family, neighbors, and “old times.”. If you had a funny situation to share, she would laugh heartily. She will be forever missed by all of us.
