Words can’t even begin to say what Del meant to me. Not only was he my Uncle , he was my friend. With him only being 6 years older, we grew up close. There are too many memories to share but I can tell you, they are all good My heart is broken , our family is broken , but God needed you more, so this is … see you later because I WLL SEE YOU AGAIN, that’s Our Fathers Promise . I bet your 1st breath in Heaven was the Best Breath Ever. I can’t wait. I love you, I miss you and forever will be grateful that God chose you to be my uncle.

Frank was a great brother to the DSS Child Care Licensing family in South Carolina. His work as the Chief Fire Marshal at DSS protected all the children in SC which was the utmost importance for Frank. He was a great man that was loved and appreciated his work family. He ensured that his team of Fire Marshals were well taken care of so they could do their best work to protect children across the state. He was our brother and we will truly miss his kindness and laughter in our lives. Rest in heavenly peace, Frank.

My uncle Del was an incredible man: humble, loved his family dearly, and loved God. I won’t forget his smile, our joking conversations about the Gamecock/Clemson rivalry, and his dedication to always playing in our family tradition Turkey Bowl (he had some skills btw). I’ll miss him, but I know he’s in a glorious place.

My condolences to Frank's family. I had the pleasure of working with Frank at DSS for many years. Frank was one of the nicest people you could meet. He had an infectious laugh and was always such a joy to be around. My thoughts and prayers are with all of Frank's family and friends during this most difficult time. Frank truly made the world a brighter place.

I had worked with Frank for over 13 years at DSS Child Care Licensing. He was my friend and a wonderful person and will be truly missed and never forgotten by all that knew him. My prayers and condolences goes out to the family.
