I am a former boys Dean from the Elgin CHC campground and had the privilege to get to know sister Betty. She was one special lady whom everyone loved. My heart is deeply saddened to hear that she is no longer with us. She will be truly missed. Family, I am praying for you all that God will comfort you during the days ahead. Love you all. To all of the family: Praying for you to have peace and comfort during this time of loss. I wanted to share these awesome pics of Grammy that, I believe, show her authentic self. I loved her as my own mother and my heart is saddened as I will miss her greatly! She always had words of wisdom and had such a way of articulating it that was exactly what was needed at the time! She was always spot on! My memory of her will remain forever in my heart and will treasure it forever! I pray for God to give you a peace that surpasses all natural understanding and may you forever be blessed as you carry the thumbprint of her knowledge, love, and wisdom upon your minds and hearts! She was so blessed to have such a loving, giving family who took exceptional care of her during these last days! She is now enjoying the peace of Jesus, most likely catching up with Kaye! I am sure they both have a lot to say to one another! I wonder who will have the last word! Lol! I continue to pray for you all and ask God to give each of you comfort during your time of loss.
