My deepest condolences to the family and I pray for strength during this time. I didn't work directly with Nate, but had the pleasure of interacting with him during New Store Openings and restaurants visits. As the McAlisters FBC, I had the chance to see many restaurants, and Nate and the team were in the top of operational execution. I was always amazed at the high level of skill and determination that he brought to his craft. Nate was always a professional with a bright outlook and a passion for excellence. His restaurant achieved perfect scores in food safety compliance, which is a very rare accomplishment. I will remember Nate as a caring and dedicated young man, and we are all better for having known him. Godspeed
