To the family of Marie, I send my most sincere sympathy. Nearly 16 years ago, my husband, Woodie, & I bought what I believe may have been the last house built by Roy along with Marie's added touches. We got to know them both fairly well, and felt an immediate bond. Both were so kind, personable and helpful. I can honestly say I have never known a home seller as willing to go the 'extra mile' to assist a buyer as Roy & Marie did. We grew to care deeply about them, and was also saddened when Roy passed away. We have often spoken of this beautiful lady, and send prayers to her loved ones that our Lord will grant you the strength to endure your great loss. Barbara Smith
