You are all in my thoughts and prayers always! Chris was like a brother to me and Ashley and the kids will always be special in my life. When I first met Chris, I knew I had a superstar employee that just needed some mentoring. He always told me that he was working to be the best he could be and wanted to provide for his wife and children to fullest extent. I kept him close to me so I could make sure he was prepared and ultimately gave him a number of opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. One of his biggest moves was to Florida and though he was the best candidate, I wanted to make sure Ashley was also on board and we brought the family down for a dinner and a discussion. We received all thumbs up from the family and on they went. Success after success and he was well on his way to moving up in the industry. A couple moves later and I had the opportunity to grab him again and bring him on board. He was very appreciative but I was really the lucky one to have him working for my company again. Once again, Ashley and the kids supported the move and their commitment to each other was evident. Now here we are today missing a great husband, father and personal friend. He touched us all and my life will forever be better because he was part of it. God bless Ashley, the kids and their entire family. RIP my brother and may your memories last forever in everyone's hearts!
