May God walk through this time of sorrow with each of you. Love each other as if tomorrow is the last day. I know in my heart that was the way Wilbert thought of each one of you. Wilbert was a very good Chtistian man. He loved his family dearly. He would help anyone in need of help. He never made a big show of anything he did for anyone that was down and out. May he be shining light to each of his family. I grew up with him and you could not ask for a kinder, more gentle person than he was. He will be one person I will always hold in my heart as a very dear friend. WE will hold each of you in our prayers throughout the coming time. MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP HIS GENTLE HANDS AROUND EACH OF YOU. Edna

I am sorry to hear of your loss. Death is an enemy to us all. It is especially an enemy when it strike someone dear to us. God is more powerful than death and he promise to get rid of this enemy once and for all. The Bible teaches: "As the last enemy, death will be brought to nothing."(1Corinthians 15:26) Then Acts 24:15 will be fulfilled: "There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." I hope this message will help you cope with the loss of your loved one.

We were both saddened by the loss of your brother, husband, dad, and grandfather in Wilbert's passing. We know how much he was loved by all of you. We know there will always be an empty place at your table.
We are thinking about you all, and the pain you are going through. You are strong people of faith and that will carry you through this. We know in every ending, there is a beginning and Wilbert is going to experience that. He still loves you all, don't worry. Please keep the faith and in God's hands.
Love, Diane and Aunt Nell 10/18/2011

To a beautiful family who's love for each other is unmatched: I pray for your strength and for your burdened hearts in your time of loss. Lynn, in just the few times I met your dad, I knew he had a heart of gold. In all the times we sat together going through our family memories together, I learned a lot of the wonderful relationship you have with your daddy. Cling tight to these perfect memories and remember that he played a role in the strong woman you are today. May God bless and comfort you and your family in this sorrowful time. All my love...

Martha,
You know you and the family are in my thoughts and prayers. I can surely sympathize with you and wish I had words to make you feel better. Time does help and you do have family. It is time for you all to lean upon each other and put God in the center of your lives. He will see you through though it may seem beyond hope at this point. I am here for you if you need to talk.
I know Wilbert was to you like Andy was to me - our best friend as well as spouse. Just be thankful for the MANY good years and times you had and keep those memories in your heart forever.
I plan to see you on Wednesday, but if I can do anything at all, please do not hesitate to call.
My love to you and the family.
