It greatly saddened me to learn of Terri's passing.
She worked with me at the Fresno CVB as it's first
tourism director and did an outstanding job with a very small budget.
She was always enthusiastic, optimistic, creative,
dedicated and hardworking. She passed away
much to young and will be missed by all who knew
her in Fresno, Calif, her home town.

Dear Dell, Idel and I were stunned and so sorry to hear of Teri's death. Both of us had hoped to not only see her again, but to enjoy another stimulating conversation with her.
Both of us have talked about how she introduced Lincoln City into the twentieth century in tourism marketing. Without her, Lincoln City
would not be where it is today. She actually made this community realize that tourism was our industry. There have been so many times I wished we could clone her even for a few hours, to share her wisdom and advice.
Not only do we miss her wisdom and advice, she was a beautiful person who will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Our deepest sympathies, Laurel and Idel
P.S. We have been tossing around the idea of a small memorial service or wake for all her friends here to remember her.

Oh Dell, I was heartbroken to read of Terri's death. I was just thinking of you guys the other night and wondering when you were coming home again. I just thought Terri was the best and loved her dearly. I can believe that your heart must be broken too, I know you guys were so close. I guess the good ones do die too young. If you are going to have a service here, I would like to attend. Please know you have our thoughts and profound sympathy.

As a Sierra Club member and immediate Past President of the League of Women Voters of SC, I have been aware of your great contribution to our state and region, and as we partnered briefly on a joint project. Reading Terri's obituary, she, too, has contributed much and will be remembered personally by those who knew her. My personal prayers are for you and your family.

Dell, I am so sorry to hear about Terri. You have our deepest sympathy and prayers. Terri brought so much to all our lives--just recently while in Southern California, I remembered hearing Terri's words about La Jolla and the playhouse--so I loaded up the kids and went on a search, just because of Terri's vivid description--and she was right! She will be so missed.

Dell, I was so sorry to learn of the death of Terri. You are in my thoughts and prayers at this time. I met Terri for the first time when the Sierra Club Executive Director came to Columbia and spoke at a dinner in downtown Columbia in early 2007, and she seemed like a very nice lady.
I moved with my family to the Atlanta area last October, and we live in Buford, GA. If you ever come to Atlanta area in the future, you can contact me at this phone number: (404) 584-9505 ext. 205. My email address is jake.hardison@ssa.gov.

Dell, The world is a far better place because Terri blessed us with her love and friendship. Her passionate caring will be sorely missed. I feel truly blessed to have had her as a friend. The love that she gave to the Golden Restriever Rescue will always be cherished in my heart and the hearts of those she loved....especially her special girl, Jesse. I know that Jordan was waiting for her at the Rainbow Bridge with a tennis ball in her mouth and her tail madly wagging.
Dell you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Mary and all the Goldens
