LUGOFF – Funeral service for Elizabeth Jean Engle Snow, 81, will be held on Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Sawney’s Creek Baptist Church with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Camden. The Rev. Dean Reynolds will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to Sawney’s Creek Baptist Church, 14605 SC-34, Ridgeway, SC 29130. Mrs. Snow passed away at home on Friday, June 3, 2016. Born in Rock Hill, she was the daughter of the late William Joseph Engle and Ruby Rollins Vaughn. She was a member of Sawney’s Creek Baptist Church and the Golden Hearts. Surviving are her husband, Fredrick R. Snow; children, Danny Bailey (Sandra) of Lugoff, Marie Lucas of Blythewood, Karen Meeh (Steve) of Poteau, Okla., and Pamela Dahn (Tim) of Fort Defiance, Va.; sister, Shirley Levorce (Charlie) of Fayetteville, N.C.; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Rebecca Melton; and brother, Donald Engle.
