CAMDEN – Graveside service for Michael Franz Falls, 69, will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Mr. Falls, husband of the late Toddy Jane Steele Falls, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. Born in Gastonia, N.C., he was the son of the late Paul Stroup and Margaret Mary Lambert Falls. Mr. Falls was a member of the U.S. Army and served in Vietnam. His love and passion in life was caring for animals and spending time with children, and he was a fan of watching old movies and the sunset. Surviving are his caregivers and best friends, Tommy and Holly Hayes; his adopted grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica and Lauren; and adopted great-grandchildren, Haleigh, Elizabeth Grace, Breanna, Ethan, Brayden, Nathan and Isaac; brother, John Falls (Stephanie); a niece, Bethany Falls; and a nephew, Matthew Falls.
