REMBERT – Graveside service for Wanda R. Welch, 52, will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in Springvale Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday 6-7 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. Memorials may be made to Thiel-Meyer Animal Adoption Center. Mrs. Welch passed away on Friday, May 13, 2016. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of Judith Peters Hall and the late Herman R. Rabon. She enjoyed antiques, fishing and cooking. Surviving are her husband, Ernest “Ernie” Allen Welch; son, Jacob Eric Thompson (Jessica) of Lugoff; mother, Judith Hall (Norman) of Cassatt; sister, Donna Watts (Wayne); and numerous nieces and nephews.
