CAMDEN – Funeral services for Mildred McCaskill, 77, will be held Monday at 4:00 p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Gene Stokes will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3-4 p.m. at the church. Ms. McCaskill passed away Friday, April 29, 2016. Born in Camden, she was a daughter of the late Leslie and Theo McCaskill. Ms. McCaskill was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church; she enjoyed quilting and canning fruits and vegetables. Surviving are her children, Sandy Stallings (Vincent) of Lugoff, Richard Eddings of Camden, Kent Eddings (Robin) of Camden; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Clennie McCaskill (Evelyn) of Cassatt. She was predeceased by siblings, Lucille Hopkins, W.K. McCaskill, Mae Tiller, and Ann Garren.
