CAMDEN – Funeral services for David Wylie Anderson, 60, will be held Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. at Emmanuel Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Gene Stokes will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2-3 p.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Mr. Anderson died Sunday, February 21, 2016. Born in Kershaw County, he was a son of the late Wilbert Lewis and Lula Boone Anderson. Mr. Anderson was a loving brother who enjoyed fishing, gardening, and working on his scooter. Surviving are his sisters, Carol Baker (Roddy) of Camden, Margie Ray (Clennie) of Camden, Louise Ray (Eugene) of Kershaw; brothers, Harold Anderson of Camden, Carl Anderson (Virginia) of Camden; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters, Sybil Smith, Mary Ray Brown; and brothers, Farrell Anderson, Leevan Anderson and John Billy Anderson.
