CAMDEN – Funeral service for Daisy Catherine Camel, 87, will be held on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Rock Springs United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Deborah Anderson Joe will officiate. Mrs. Camel, wife of the late Willie Camel Sr., passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2015. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Stover Sr. and Allie Bell Stover. Surviving are her son, Willie Camel Jr.; daughter, Dorothy Kirkland; siblings, Louella Thomas, Doshia Stover, Willie Bell Sylvester, Samuel Stover and Rufus Stover; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by siblings, Sally Loynes, Nora Loynes, Freddie Brown, Glennie King, Carrie Stover, Louise Stover, Bessie Gibbs, William Lee Stover, Walter Stover, James Stover, Ivory Stover, J.D. Stover and Bo Stover.
