ELGIN – Funeral service for Charles Vincent Parker, 24, will be held on Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Quaker Cemetery, Camden. The family will receive friends Sunday 12:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Vincent died with his fiancée Darlene Sabrina Ramirez on Thursday, November 12, 2015 in automobile accident. Vincent was a loving son, brother, uncle. He was a fun-loving and joking person who always knew how to make anyone smile! He Leaves behind his mother, Barbara Goodman, and father, Randy Parker; sisters, Danielle Heath, Cheyenne Goodman, Kaytlyn Barron; a brother, Ozzy Pringle; brother-in-law, Mikael; and nephews, Avi’el and Little James; cousins, Ashley and Brittany; and 4 second cousins; and his fiancées children, Dennis Louis Sanders and Carlos Anthony Ramirez. He was predeceased his grandmother, Mary “Hunny” Clark; uncle, Jack Kirkland; aunts, Pat Johnson and Candy Jones.
