LUGOFF – Funeral service for Anita Sherrill Ellisor, 71, will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Sand Hill Heights Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Sand Hill Heights Baptist Church, 2992 Bowen Street, Elgin, S.C. 29045. Mrs. Ellisor passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2015. Born in Orangeburg, she was the daughter of the late James Plummer and Gwelma “Gwen” Hooker Plummer. She enjoyed gardening, painting, arts, and craft. Surviving are her husband, Larry P. Ellisor; son, Larry P. Ellisor Jr. (Pamela H.) of Irmo; grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Ellisor Holman (Brent), Eric Joseph Ellisor and Brian Michael Ellisor; and great-grandchildren, Adeline E. Holman and Nora L. Holman. She was predeceased by a brother, Bill Plummer.
