ELGIN – Funeral service for Naomi Lee Jacobs, 70, will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Elgin Congregational Holiness Church with burial to follow in Spring Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery, Columbia. The family will receive friends Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Mrs. Jacobs passed away on Wednesday, July 29, 2015. Born in Columbia, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Johnny Wesley and Laconia Dinkins Lee. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Heyward Barnwell Jacobs; granddaughter, Donna Jacobs and great-grandson, Travis Pickett of the home; sons, Rev. Stuart Jacobs (Diana) of Conway and Jeffrey Jacobs (Janice) of Elgin; brothers, A.J. Lee and Hazel Lee; sister, Janie Jennings; 13 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by son, Tony Jacobs; granddaughter, Diana Jacobs; brothers, Homer Lee, Tommy Lee and T.A. Medlin; sister, Ruby Price.
