BETHUNE – A memorial service for Infant Landon William Payne will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The Rev. Charles Everett will officiate. Landon was the son of Cody Keith Payne and Madison Shelby Whitmire. Surviving are his parents of Bethune; sisters, Adrian Payne and Alivia Payne of Kershaw; brother, Dylan Payne and Derrick Payne of Kershaw; paternal grandparents, Keith Landon and Deborah Payne of Kershaw; maternal grandparents, Joey Allen and Melissa Whitmire of Ridgeway, and Ranee Rapier of Elgin; great-grandparents, Allen and Debra Whitmire, Thomas and Cassandra Rapier, and Gary and Debria Nienow; uncle, Mark Nelson; and aunts, Camela Whitmire, Ally Whitmire, Bria Perkins, Victoria Dinkins, Hope Threatt, and Carmen Keith.
