Sudhir Mehta was born November 9, 1953 in Surat, India to Thakorbhai Parbhubhai Mehta and Kusumben Thakorbhai Mehta. Regrettably, he passed away on May 21, 2015. He was 61 years of age. He is survived by his father Thakorbhai Mehta, wife Bharti Mehta, son Mayush Mehta, daughter Prachi Mehta, daughter-in-law Bhavini Mehta and two grandchildren Laila and Shay Mehta. He has three surviving siblings, Hemini Paresh Jariwala, Mukesh Thakorbhai Mehta, and Darshna Vinod Patel. Sudhir completed his Bachelor’s of Commerce degree in Surat, India, and moved to the United States in 1994 with his family. Since 2002, he has owned and operated his own business in Camden, South Carolina. As the first born son in his generation, he recognized and had a deep respect for the value of family. A generous and kind-hearted individual, he loved and provided for his family and those around him selflessly. Sudhir was a soft-spoken man, but we will always remember and cherish his words, which came from the heart and carried great weight. He will be deeply missed by all who had the fortune to know him.
