LEXINGTON- A graveside service for Joseph Arle Martin, 74, will be held Sunday at 4:00 p.m. in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery, Conway, S.C. The Rev. Jerry Lewis will officiate. Mr. Martin passed away Thursday, February 19, 2015. Born in Horry County, he was a son of the late Marvin Arle and Mazie Royals Martin. Joe was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. He was the former owner of Joe’s Place and enjoyed racing, fishing, boating, riding his Harley Trike, and spending time with his many friends. Surviving are his brother, John “Buck” Martin (Mary); sisters, Shelby Adams and Evelyn Hardee (Frontis); and numerous nieces and nephews as well as numerous close friends. He was predeceased by sisters, Bonnie Todd and Bernice Whitlock Buck Martin, Danny Todd, Andrew Johnson, Charles Snelgrove, Barry Chavis, Willie Todd and Eric Hardee will serve as pallbearers.
