LUGOFF – Funeral service for Dona L. LeGrand, 47, will be held on Friday at 3:30 p.m. at Lugoff Church of God with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The Rev. Tim Shirley will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or a charity of one’s choice. Mrs. LeGrand passed away on Monday, February 16, 2015. Born in Fairfax, Va., she was the daughter of Sandra Kay Cook and the late Ben Cook. She was a member of Lugoff Church of God. She enjoyed cooking, reading and decorating. Surviving are her husband, Donnie LeGrand; mother, Sandra K. Cook of Lugoff; sons, Buddy Falzon and J.R. Baker; daughter, Samantha Falzon; sisters, Laura Branham (Mike) of Lugoff, Susan Murray of Norfolk, Va. And Kay Cook of Norfolk, Va.; and grandchildren, Dominic Falzon and Londyn Falzon. She was predeceased by a brother, Van Cook.
