CAMDEN - A funeral service for Norman E Ziegler, 92, will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. December 1, 2014 at Powers Funeral Home Chapel in Lugoff, SC. The family will receive friends an hour before the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Marshville, NC. Burial will be in Wilmington, Delaware at a later date. Surviving are his son, Earl; daughters-in-law, Donna Ziegler and Jeanette Waller, wife of predeceased son N. Edward Ziegler; grandchildren, Sheila Hemingway (Mark), Tara Taft (Ken), Jennifer Ziegler, Lisa Croft (Deron), and Mark Ziegler; and a sister, Florence Finlaw. He also is survived by 10 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, David R and Aleta S Ziegler; wife, Anna L Ziegler; son, N. Edward Ziegler Jr.; and brothers David R Ziegler Jr and William H Ziegler. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Morningside Assisted Living of Camden for the nurture and care provided the past two years.
