CAMDEN - Service for Inf. Evan Langley Carter will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with interment to follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The Rev. Jimmy Pitts will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family request a sincere hug be shared with a child. Surviving are his parents, Russell Carter and Amber Langley; grandparents, Tom and Jessie Carter, Suzanne Amodio, Ricky and Pamla Brown, and Ricky Langley; great-grandparents, James and Laura Carter, Angelo “Tony” and Margaret Amodio, and Gene and JoAnn Langley; cousins, Miranda Brakefield, Caleb Watkins, Breauna and Christian Beebe; numerous second cousins; many loving family members; and countless caring friends. He was predeceased by grandmother, Wanda Langley; and great-grandparents, Maria Amodio, and James W. and Novella Mabe. The family expresses great appreciation to everyone who has shared their concerns and prayers.
