ELGIN – A celebration of life service Jennifer Renee Asiatico, 36, will be held on Friday at 5:00 p.m. at Radiant Life Church. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. Jennifer passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 surrounded by her family. Born in St. Joseph, Mich., she was the daughter of Jeffrey Lynn Newton and Pamela Miller Corbett. She was a cosmetologist and was a Cub Scout Leader and Girl Scout Leader. She enjoyed community work and was an outstanding homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Patrick Asiatico; children, Angel Newton, Katelin Asiatico, Nathaniel Asiatico, and William Asiatico, father, Jeffrey Newton (Sandra); mother, Pamela Corbett (Jim); brothers, Jeffrey Newton (Reni) and J.P. Corbett; and sister, Dana McDaniel.
