LUGOFF – Billy “Turkey Shoot” Scalf, 75, passed away on Saturday, November 01, 2014. Born in Scott County, Va., he was the son of the late Lloyd Simpson and Lassie Joyner Scalf. Surviving are his wife, Patricia Scalf; step-children, Stacy Brown (Tom), Lisa Reed, Cindy Maas (William), Dale King (Barbee), Terry Owens, Craig Owens (Jean) and Jeffery Owens; and brothers, Jimmie Scalf, Roy Scalf, Carl Scalf and Jerry Scalf. He was predeceased by a step-son, Billy Scalf; brothers, Johnny Scalf, Charlie Scalf, and Ralph Scalf; and a sister, Patricia Ann Walters.
