FORT MILL – Funeral services for Kenneth Allan Proctor, 46, will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Quaker Cemetery, Camden. The Rev. Larry Newman and the Rev. Walter Newman will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Proctor passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014. Born in Camden, he was a son of Barbara Newman Proctor and the Late John Richard “Johnny” Proctor. Mr. Proctor enjoyed fishing, hunting, and riding motorcycles. Surviving are his wife, Marlena Stacie Wilt Proctor; mother, Barbara Proctor of Rock Hill; children, Ashley Gardner, Dakota, Montana, Bree, Savannah, and Jordan Proctor; and a sister, Donna Sergent of Rock Hill. He was predeceased by a brother, Ricky Proctor.
