COLUMBIA – A service to celebrate the life of Carolyn Sue Harmon, 80, will be held Monday at 5:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The Rev. Trey Pruitt will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4-5 p.m. at the funeral home. Ms. Harmon passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2014. Born in Muncie, IN, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Marie Boright. Ms. Harmon enjoyed playing and spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. Surviving are her son, Mike Harmon Sr. (Janice) of Blythewood; 6 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Patricia Crosby; and a granddaughter, Casey Harrison.
