LUGOFF – Funeral service for Tommy Hardy Foskey, 45, will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Ridgeway Ward, with burial to follow in the Centerville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Tommy died on Friday, September 26, 2014. Born in Columbia, he was the son of Thomas Foskey and the late Christine White Foskey. He was a pipe welder and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are his wife of 21 years, Sherry Elizabeth Smith Foskey; father, Thomas Foskey; children, Wesley Foskey, Dustin Foskey and Savannah Foskey, all of the home; brothers, Dwayne Foskey (Stephanie) and Steven Foskey (Joann); and sister, Becky Page (Tracey).
