CAMDEN – Funeral Services for Betty Anne Kea, 66, will be held Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Lake Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery, Timmonsville, S.C. The Rev. Richard Cameron, the Rev. Joe Stines and the Rev. Larry Newman will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or Gideons International. Ms. Kea passed away Monday, August 18, 2014. Born in Florence, S.C., she was a daughter of the late Ray Acey and Molly Davis Kea. Ms. Kea attended both Church in the Garden and New Life Christian Outreach. She enjoyed singing, crocheting, traveling, reading, and children. Surviving are her daughter, Elizabeth “Beth” Crosby of Rock Hill, S.C.; sisters, Donna R. Kea-Smith (Donald), Cheryl Watkins (Michael), Cathy McCaskill; nieces, Ashleigh (Craig) Davis, Kayla, Emily and Olivia McCaskill; and great-nieces, Maci and Meah Scurry and Maybre Davis.
