Obituary of Penny Lynn Shepherd

WEST COLUMBIA- A memorial service for Penny Lynn Shepherd, 61, will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery, North, S.C. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.

      Mrs. Shepherd passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2025. Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Samuel James and Willa Dean Jeffcoat Livingston. Mrs. Shepherd enjoyed gardening, flowers, playing piano, music and dancing.

    Surviving are her daughters, Elizabeth Dunn (Drew) of Columbia, Emily’Rose Shepherd (Chris Neuman) of Columbia; son, Michael Terry of Shelby, N.C.; sisters, Deanette Thomspon of Columbia, Rhonda Waldrep of Columbia, Karen Hollis of Ridgeway; a brother, Earl Livingston (Pam) of Elgin; and 6 grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Gerald Livingston.
