WESTVILLE – Funeral service for Juanita Vera Johnson, 77, will be held Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in Lugoff First Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Craigen Blankenship will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Parkinson’s Foundation. Mrs. Johnson, wife of the late K.B. Johnson, died Saturday, December 01, 2012. Born in Chesterfield, S.C., she was the daughter of the late George C. and Annie Harpe Howle. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Westville. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and spending time with family. Surviving are her daughter, Debbie Carter (Jimmy) of Lexington; son, Donnie Outen (Wynne) of Lugoff; sister, Inez Rawls; brothers, George Howle and Tycho Howle; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her first husband, Jerry Outen; son, Van Outen; brothers, Emmitt H. Howle, Vernon Howle and Richard Howle; and Sister, Elaine Vaughn.
