Obituary of Margaret Louise Saho

CAMDEN – A visitation will be held on Friday, December 13^th from 12:30 P.M. – 1:30 P.M. at Powers Funeral Home. A private burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Camden. 

Mrs. Saho passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024. Born in Mt. Airy, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Raymond Sinkler Childress and Martha Blizzard Childress, and the wife of the late George Stephen Saho.   

Surviving are her children, Deborah Saho (Phillip Loughlin) of Union City, Calif., George Michael “Mike” Saho of Wilmington, N.C., and Martha Dunn (Michael) of Camden, S.C.; sister, Glenda Haitt; brothers, Denny Childress and Ralph Douglas Childress; grandchildren, Miriam Loughlin, and Tucker Dunn; and a great grandson Ethan Dunn.  She was predeceased by a son, Randall “Randy” Saho; and a sister, Barbara Chidress Holt Moore.
