Obituary of Philip James Bugger

Philip James Bugger, 49, passed away on Saturday, November 09, 2024. Born in Allentown, PA on March 17, 1975, he was the son of James Bugger and the late Kathi Lee Patrick Bugger. Mr. Bugger was a member of the Hawg Ridin Fools Motorcylce Club. He enjoyed collecting shot glasses, riding motorcycles, working on cars and being a handy man. However what he enjoyed most was being a father and a grandfather to his precious family.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Laura Marie Speakman Bugger; son, Patrick Jacob Bugger (Lauren); step-daughter, Alexis Brianna Speakman; brothers, Justin Bugger (Julie) and Jason Bugger; sister, Kristin Bugger; grandchildren, Vance Langford, Patrick Bugger, Jr. and Elizabeth Bugger; best friend, Terry Bush; and  Parrott, Fiona.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 1:00 pm at  Powers Funeral Home in Lugoff, SC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
