Lugoff – Rebecca Suzanne Parnell 43, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Born in Camden, on July 26, 1981, she was the daughter of Linda Jones Parnell and the late Joey Ellis Parnell. She was a loving mother who cherished the time spent with her family. Rebecca was a talented artist who enjoyed drawing.
Surviving are her children, Hayley McCollum (James) of Fort Stewart, Ga., Paul Larry Garbade of Lugoff, Jesse Lane Cunningham of Lugoff, Sophie Olivia Cunningham of Lugoff, and Cole Lane Cunningham of Lugoff; mother, Linda Parnell of Lugoff; domestic partner, John Cunningham; and brothers, Luke Parnell of Lugoff and Joshua Parnell of Lugoff.
