Obituary of Eunice DuBose

Eunice DuBose, 84, passed away on Tuesday, October 08, 2024. Born in Kershaw County, SC, on May 09, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Willie DuBose, Sr. and Mattie Outten DuBose. Ms. Dubose resided in Philadelphia for the majority of her life before moving to South Carolina in 2019. She loved her gospel music and taking care of children. She was characterized as a lovely lady who had sass and spunk. She will be truly missed.

Left to cherish her memories is her sister, Beatrice Harris Nelson of Lugoff, SC and Elizabeth A. Gripper of Ridgeway, SC; goddaughter, LaDesha Ward of Philadelphia, PA and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Willie DuBose, Jr., Charles Melvin DuBose and sister, Ernestine Floyd.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Karesh at Beechwood in Camden, SC and to Ms. DuBose special niece, Monique and a special friend, Delores for all of their care and compassion during this difficult time.
