ELGIN- Kyung Hee Kim, 74, passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Born in Korea, she was a daughter of the late Bok Won Jung and Soon Hak Palk. Mrs. Kim enjoyed reading and playing the piano. Filled with kindness and generosity, she showed us what it means to love Jesus and trust him in every situation. We have all seen her prayers be answered in different times of our lives. We are comforted knowing she is happy in the presence of her Savior.

Surviving are her husband , Soon Chul Kim; daughter, Monica Kim Abernot (Daniel) of Savannah, GA; son Marcus Kim of Blythewood; grandson, Daniel Hee-Chul Abernot; and several siblings.

Memorial services for Mrs. Kim will be private.
