ELGIN – Funeral service for Larry Shepard, 59, will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff, with burial to follow in High Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Shepard died Friday, August 01, 2014. Born in Camden, he was the son of the late Willie and Evelyn Lawson Shepard. Surviving are his brothers, Willie Shepard Jr. (Teresa), Ricky Shepard and Ray Shepard; sisters, Stella Shepard, Carolyn Williams (Calvin), Mary Shepard and Shirley Shepard; and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
