IRMO – A funeral service for infant Phillip Michael Riggins, Jr. will be held at 2pm on Monday, August 26, 2024, at Powers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Old Richardson Cemetery, Lugoff.

Phillip passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024. Born in Columbia, SC, he was the infant son of Phillip Michael Riggins, Sr. and Rebecca Sanders Riggins.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his sisters, Carolina Gambrell, Scarlett Jackson, and Isabella Riggins; paternal grandparents, Jasper “Jerry” Riggins and Carolyn Dawn Riggins; aunts, Deborah Pate and Leah Sanders; and many cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, David Lee Sanders, Jr. and Linda Richardson Sanders.
