Waylon M. Watts, Sr. Obituary

Lugoff – A service to celebrate the life of Waylon Marvin “Hoss” Watts, Sr., 56, will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Powers Funeral Home, Lugoff. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.




Mr. Watts passed away at home on Monday, July 29, 2024. Born in Columbia, he was the son of the late James Marvin Watts and Edna Louise Cameron Burke. He spent his working career as a truck driver. He enjoyed riding motorcycles.




Surviving are his son, Waylon Marvin Watts, Jr. of Elgin; brother, Ronald Watts of Lake Wateree; nephew, Brandon Watts (Vanessa) and their son, Dom; aunt Nina Shirer; and uncle Don Cameron.
