LUGOFF – Graveside service for Burney Lewis Osborne, 73, will be held on Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. The Rev. Wayne Flowers will officiate. Mr. Osborne died Friday, July 11, 2014. Born in Winnsboro, he was the son of the late Berney Lester and Mattie Branham Osborne. He retired from the United States Navy. Surviving are his sons, Kenny Osborne and Terry Osborne; daughter, Barbara Anne Azzopardi; brothers, James Wesley Osborne and Andrew Lee Osborne; sisters, Nadene Jackson, Edith Craft and Alinda Moore; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
