SUMTER – Sarah Bell Hagins, 63, passed away at NHC – Sumter on Friday, May 24, 2024. Born in Camden, she was the daughter of the late Raiford Haggins and Ollie Oliver Hagins.
Surviving are her sister, Ora Johnson; and brothers, Willie Hagins and Johnny Hagins.
