Obituary of Barbara Lynn Hinson

Barbara Lynn Hinson, 62, of Camden, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024. Born in Victorville, CA, she was the daughter of the late Eddie and Juanita Austin Hinson. Barbara held a bachelor’s degree and spent her working life as a Home Health Aide. She enjoyed traveling, crafting, and working around her house. She also had a passion for photography and videography. Barbara loved spending time with her family and friends and her beloved dog, Ocean.

Barbara is survived by her son, Eddie John Bratton DuBose (Amanda Catoe); siblings, Gary Hinson (Lee) and Sherry Hinson; her aunt and partner-in-crime, Rosie Hinson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her brother, Randy Hinson.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:30pm on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at The Journey PHC, Lugoff, SC. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
