Obituary of Robin Dale Roberts

CAMDEN- A funeral service for Robin Dale Roberts, 67, will be held Friday at 3:00 p.m. at Malvern Hill Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Craig Thompson and the Rev. Buster Morris will officiate. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2-3 p.m. at the church.

    Mr. Roberts passed away on December 6, 2023. Born in Lancaster, he was a son of the late Robbie and Maxine Sowell Roberts. Mr. Roberts was a member of Malvern Hill Baptist Church. He enjoyed working, gardening, reading his Bible, spending time with his children and grandchildren; and was an avid Gamecock fan.

   Surviving are his wife of 27 years, Wendy Rogers Roberts; children, Robin E. Roberts of Camden, Jessica Williams of Health Springs, Zachary Allen Roberts (Maggie) of Kershaw; Taylor Roberts (Andrew Trotter) of Camden; Turner Roberts of Camden; grandchildren, Chase Roberts, Robin-Landon Williams (Morgan), Kenslee Williams, Ashton Williams; great-grandchild, Hazley West; siblings, Dennis Roberts (Frances) of Bishopville, Mike Roberts of Kershaw, Stevie Roberts (Angie) of Kershaw, Karen Roberts (special friend, Patty Hilton) of N. Myrtle Beach; and a fur-baby, Nala.
