Obituary of Janice Ruth Floyd

LUGOFF- Janice Ruth Floyd, 70, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023. Born in Columbia, she was a daughter of the late Roy and Ruth Martin Weed. Mrs. Floyd, wife of the late Charlie Floyd, enjoyed taking care of her animals, crafts, playing computer games, and spending time with her family.

    Surviving are her children, Roy Sheldon Floyd of Elgin, Janica Floyd (Shaq) of Columbia, Charlie Curtis Floyd (Kristi) of Elgin; sister, Brenda Rodgers of Lexington; grandchildren, Adam Worley, Will Jackson, Bryan Floyd, Allison Floyd, Sterling Floyd, Adriana Camara; and many loved nieces and nephews.

     A memorial service for Mrs. Floyd will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Theil-Meyer Pet Adoption Center.
