Obituary of Myra Louise LeJeune

Myra Louise Jones LeJeune, 58, passed away Monday, August 07, 2023, peacefully at home surrounded by family. Born August 29, 1964, in Shreveport, Louisiana, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Barbara Lou Abner Jones. Mrs. LeJeune was a trainer, specializing in horse racing. She enjoyed NASCAR, LSU football, the beach, and spending time with her grandkids.

Mrs. LeJeune is survived by her husband of 39 years, John Keith LeJeune; children, Angelina Smart, Heather Brennan (Josh), Elizabeth LeJeune (Ken), John Keith LeJeune II, and Jennifer LeJeune (Jeff); sister, Carolyn Jones; and 17 grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. LeJeune was predeceased by her granddaughter, Braylen McLeod.

Services for Mrs. LeJeune will be private.
